Job summary

Acquism SARL in Brussels is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer (L2) for a 12-month IT support project. You will provide L2 support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Intune, EUC, and mobile devices, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring smooth operation of workplace technology.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in Desktop Support, IT Support, End‑User Computing, or Workplace IT Services.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows 10/11.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and Office applications.
• Practical experience with Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Experience troubleshooting laptops, desktops, printers, and workplace peripherals.
• Experience supporting Apple iOS and Android devices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms and video conferencing equipment.
• Basic networking knowledge, including LAN, Wi‑Fi, TCP/IP, and VPN.
• Experience using ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM ticketing systems.
• Professional Dutch/Flemish language proficiency; ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Brussels, Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2 desktop and end-user support for Windows devices and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues.
• Manage device enrollment and configuration via Intune.
• Support Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Aid with infrastructure and network support onsite and remotely.
