Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst to connect business needs with technology across enterprise applications including CRM, ERP, and WMS. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders to design and implement solutions in a fast-growing electric vehicle environment.

You will gather requirements, lead UAT, analyze data, and produce documentation and training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of CRM, ERP, WMS, CRM/ERP/WMS knowledge in automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder mgmt, and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to drive improvements.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting, reporting, and validation.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Familiarity with APIs, data models, enterprise architectures; basic Python scripting a plus.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand processes with business stakeholders and capture requirements.
• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders to design and implement solutions.
• Validate proposed solutions against business needs and user expectations.
• Lead UAT and coordinate validation activities; support deployment.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Create and maintain process docs, manuals, and training materials.
• Provide user training and ongoing system administration support for key apps.
• Support CRM, Digital Marketing Platforms, Dealer Systems, API integrations.
• Provide first-line IT support for hardware and software.
