Job summary

Toyota Motor Europe in Brussels (Zaventem) seeks a (Junior) IT Solution Delivery Specialist to own IT delivery across the R&D lifecycle. You will collaborate with product owners, analysts and suppliers to turn needs into actionable IT solutions that are secure, scalable and aligned with TBP.

You will work in a dynamic IT Engineering team focused on platform transformation, CLD/SDLC, and agile/waterfall delivery models, while embracing AI-enabled automation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or IT or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence preferred.
• Exposure to engineering processes and product development.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT solutions for R&D across their lifecycle from demand to handover to support.
• Coordinate with product owners and business analysts to clarify problems and requirements.
• Turn initiatives into building blocks toward long-term transformation goals.
• Coordinate architects, Core IT, suppliers and Purchasing for secure, maintainable solutions.
• Keep status, decisions and risks traceable in Jira/Confluence and support portfolio transparency.
