Wire IT, headquartered in Portugal but hiring for a Senior Business Analyst in Brussels, Belgium, seeks an experienced professional to lead requirements engineering, process improvement, and stakeholder coordination in a hybrid setup.

You will drive business analysis across lifecycle stages, craft user stories, and ensure quality through test strategy and validation activities. Excellent English and French are mandatory, with a track record of delivering complex IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solid experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Fluent in English and French (MUST HAVE).
• Strong expertise in process modeling, mapping, and improvement tools (e.g., Bizzdesign).
• Proven experience in business/functional requirements engineering, user story creation, and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence).
• Hands-on experience in test strategy definition, test case preparation, defect analysis, and validation activities.
• Solid understanding of software delivery lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience coordinating IT teams and external suppliers.
