PCN is seeking a Business Development Executive in Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid) to drive the full sales cycle for a fintech platform offering cash flow optimization through data-driven finance solutions.

The role requires English and Dutch fluency, with French as an asset, and a background in business, law, or finance. You will prospect, negotiate, and close deals while supporting onboarding and ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or finance.
• 0–1 years of experience; fintech or sales experience is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing.
• Assess leads' needs and explain how the platform works.
• Request KYC and credit risk analyses from Operations.
• Negotiate and adjust contractual terms for clients.
• Build long-term relationships and support onboarding.
