Watt Matters seeks a proactive Business Developer to drive energy efficiency projects for large buildings in the Brussels region. You will secure agreements with property managers and syndics, presenting third-party investor and solution-provider models, while building a robust pipeline and long-term client relationships.

The role requires strong commercial acumen, real estate sector knowledge, and fluency in French with good English.

Qualifications

• Experience in hunting and farming is welcome.
• Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills with strong listening and advisory abilities.
• Fluency in French; good knowledge of English; knowledge of Dutch is welcome.
• Ideally familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot) and Excel and financial/energy indicators.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities daily.
• Meet clients, establish lasting relationships, and be the single point of contact.
• Prepare solid business cases considering technology, engineering, and financial needs.
• Expand into new markets and develop innovative products with the Sales Manager.
• Represent Watt Matters and promote energy solutions for large buildings at events.
