Artemys, a Belgian recruitment specialist, is assisting Watt Matters in finding an Architect / Developer in Building Techniques focused on energy efficiency projects for large residential schemes.

The role combines commercial development with deep technical understanding of energy systems, building insulation, and cogeneration equipment, aimed at structuring third-party investor models and lease-based energy solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil or industrial engineering.
• Experience in real estate development or building tech systems.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and commercial skills.

Responsabilités

• Understand and align with company structure and go-to-market approach.
• Develop a sales strategy for the construction market (promoters of large-scale residential projects).
• Close deals with promoters and developers of large-scale residential projects.
• Coordinate design and engineering of technical solutions from concept to final proposal.
• Represent Watt Matters at trade exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
