Artemys invites a Business Developer to drive energy-efficiency projects for Watt Matters in the construction sector. The role focuses on selling turnkey energy solutions to promoters of large residential projects, financing via third-party investments, and building long-term client relationships.

You will lead market analysis, develop sales strategies, and coordinate technical proposals while expanding into new markets and promoting zero‑energy building innovations.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree (civil or industrial engineering).
• Experience in real estate development or building technical systems.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and commercial skills with negotiation ability.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work independently.

Responsabilités

• Develop a sales strategy for the construction market including KPIs.
• Identify and validate targets with management and close deals.
• Coordinate design and engineering of technical solutions for clients.
• Represent Watt Matters at industry events and partnerships.
