Bright Plus in Brussels is hiring a Brand Ambassador (German speaking) to be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. You will use your language skills to resolve inquiries and deliver clear, helpful solutions, while creating memorable customer experiences.

The role emphasizes strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and teamwork, with a pathway to a permanent contract and a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in customer service is a plus; motivation and customer focus are important.
• Comfortable with MS Office, Outlook and Teams.

This is what the profile of a Brand Ambassador looks like:

• You have at least a high school diploma.
• A first experience in customer service is an asset, but motivation and a customer-focused mindset are just as important.
• You are comfortable working with MS Office, Outlook, and Teams.
• You have an excellent command of German or Dutch, or Dutch and French.
• You are an excellent communicator who enjoys building strong relationships with customers.
• You are positive, solution-oriented, and thrive in a team environment.
