Elia Belgium, part of Elia Group, is seeking a Teamlead & As‑Built Plans Support to lead a bilingual FR/NL admin team and ensure high-quality technical documentation for energy infrastructure projects.

The role involves coordinating activities across sites, managing as‑built plans, and supporting ProjectWise users, with weekly travel to Elia sites in Belgium. A structured, collaborative, and proactive candidate will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Affinity for technical documentation, infrastructure projects, or a technical environment.
• Initial experience in team coordination or motivation to grow in this area.
• Structured, accurate, and solution-oriented work style.
• Strong collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Bilingual Dutch/French; willingness to develop English skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between sites in Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Lead a bilingual administrative team (FR/NL) across different sites.
• Coordinate team activities, support members, and organize work to meet stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure quality, consistency, and reliability of technical documentation for energy infrastructure projects.
• Oversee the complete process of technical plans and as‑built documentation, ensuring compliance and identifying required corrections.
• Import, migrate, and quality‑check plans in ProjectWise.
• Suggest process improvements and provide user support for ProjectWise.
• Ensure consistency between digital database and paper documentation.
• Organize regular inspections at high‑voltage substations.
