Elia Belgium in Belgium is seeking a data-management professional to manage reference data for underground infrastructure and civil works using a GIS/CAD environment. You will encode data, track changes, and ensure timely input to stakeholders as part of Elia Group's energy transmission mission.

You will work closely with the Infrastructure Project Leader, focus on data quality, and handle as-built plans, databases, and ticketing systems. Onsite presence is required two days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level thinking and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experienced with encoding data in GIS and/or CAD environments.
• Experienced with databases and interpreting as-built plans.
• Familiar with using a ticketing system and documenting work instructions.
• Well organized, quality-driven and customer-oriented.
• Able to work autonomously and take responsibility.
• Pro-active communicator; team player who supports others.
• Good knowledge of FR/NL/ENG.

Responsabilités

• Encode new underground infrastructure from geo-schematic to as-built survey levels.
• Encode displacements and repairs of underground infrastructure.
• Encode geographic data related to civil works assets.
• Collaborate with the Infrastructure Project Leader and manage data delivery.
• Follow up project evolution to plan own work and inform stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality and proper documentation in a GIS/CAD environment.
