Brunswick, a global marine leader, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Belgium to manage orders and provide exceptional service. You will handle billing inquiries, requests, and complaints, coordinating with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality responses.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer service, MS Office and Salesforce proficiency, and fluency in French with strong business English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years' experience in Customer Service or International trade.
• Fluent in French and advanced business English (verbal and written).
• Good working knowledge of MS Office & Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders according to sales conditions and company policies.
• Check credit status and product allocation versus priorities.
• Handle consignments orders and provide timely responses to inquiries by phone or email.
• Coordinate shipment planning and instruct Distribution Center for preparation of orders.
• Provide product and service information and identify upselling opportunities.
