Cross Border Talents is looking for a Customer Specialist to join our international team in Belgium. You will be the first point of contact, providing professional support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services via phone, email, chat and digital channels to ensure a smooth journey for every customer.

You will understand customer needs, offer effective solutions, and collaborate with internal teams. Fluency in French and English is required, with relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to grow in Travel field

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, products and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear information.
• Handle questions, complaints and concerns efficiently while staying customer-focused.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
