BD is seeking a Junior Sales Support Specialist (Trilingual) to join our team in Belgium, supporting the sales organization with administrative and operational tasks across Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will act as a point of contact for customers in Dutch, French and English, manage requests, quotations, CRM data, and collaborate with Customer Service, Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance to ensure smooth orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, sales, marketing, or languages.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in sales support or customer service is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team.
• Serve as point of contact for customers in Dutch, French and English.
• Process customer requests, quotations and sales documents.
• Maintain CRM and internal systems, coordinate with teams.
• Support reporting, data analysis and presentations.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
