Cross Border Talents in Belgium is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services. You will assist via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, understanding needs and guiding customers to resolution with clear, friendly communication.

Fluent French (C1/C2) and English (B2) are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
