Cross Border Talents in Belgium seeks a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, professional support across orders, accounts, products, and services. You will communicate via phone, email, chat, and digital channels, diagnosing needs and guiding customers to solutions.

Fluent French and English are required, with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency eligibility, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) and English (B2)
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive mindset to grow in the Travel field

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to help improve processes and service quality.
• Stay up to date with company products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
