Brunswick is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage orders and deliver exceptional billing support and service requests. You will collaborate with multiple departments to ensure on-time delivery and timely responses.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in customer service or international trade, fluency in French and strong business English, and the ability to multitask with accuracy. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service / International trade.
• Fluent in French with advanced business English (verbal and written).
• Proficiency with MS Office and Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders according to sales conditions and company policies.
• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries by phone or email.
• Coordinate shipment planning and communicate with Distribution Center.
• Identify upselling opportunities and support sales promotions.
