Mercury Marine, part of Brunswick, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle orders, billing inquiries, service requests and complaints. You will work with MS Office and Salesforce, coordinate shipment planning and deliver timely, high-quality responses while building strong customer relationships.

The role requires a bachelor degree and 1–3 years in customer service or international trade, fluent French and advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
• 1-3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role or international trade.
• Fluent in French and advanced business English (verbal and written).

Responsabilités

• Process customer orders according to sales conditions and policy.
• Verify credit status and allocate products per priorities.
• Handle consignments orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone or email with quality service.
• Coordinate shipment planning with Distribution Center.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow revenue from customer relationships.
• Provide product and service information and handle sales promotions.
• Answer first-level technology questions.
• Develop improvement plans from customer surveys.
• Coordinate boat show product bookings, shipments and returns.
• Participate in customer service process improvements.
