Qualifications

• Three years of experience in system administration.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, SharePoint, and network storage.
• Fluency in English and French.
• ITIL v4 Foundation certification is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Install, configure and maintain servers, system components and applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents, working with IT teams and external providers.
• Manage user accounts, permissions and access rights.
• Monitor server performance and administer file, print and storage services.
• Perform backups and restores to support data availability and recovery.
• Support SharePoint and shared network resources.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures and disaster recovery plans.
