Axis Group is seeking a Case Manager for Disputed Matters to handle communications, negotiations and legal steps in debt collection cases. You will work with bilingual Dutch and French proficiency in a professional banking/administrative setting.

The role offers a temporary, full-time contract lasting several months, with mentoring during onboarding and opportunities for development in a structured environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and French required.
• Experience in debt collection preferred.
• Strong IT skills and ability to use standard software.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
• Process written correspondence and emails.
• Utilize tools like wage garnishments, payment arrangements and negotiations.
• Initiate legal proceedings through attorneys and bailiffs in accordance with procedures and laws.
