Axis Group Belgium is seeking a Client Complaints Officer to lead the resolution of fraud-related grievances. You will investigate with rigor and respond with tailored, clear communications to customers in Dutch and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of three years of pertinent experience.
• Native or fluent speaker of Dutch and French.
• Familiarity with banking services and banking software.
