bp Belgium is seeking a HR Administration Specialist to join the People & Culture team. You will blend HR administration, employee services, and payroll coordination to deliver a high-quality employee experience within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

As the Belgium HR operations generalist, you’ll manage lifecycle administration, support payroll data, ensure local compliance, and act as a trusted local HR contact for employees and managers, working with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, employee services or payroll coordination.
• Knowledge of Belgian employment legislation and local HR practices.
• Experience using HR systems such as Workday.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across the employee lifecycle for Belgium-based employees and managers.
• Manage onboarding, internal moves, contractual changes and offboarding.
• Support payroll preparation activities and validate employee data.
• Act as a trusted local HR contact for HR, benefits, leave and payroll queries.
• Support compliance with Belgian employment legislation and local processes.
• Coordinate employment documentation and employee records.
• Manage HR data and ensure accuracy across HR systems.
• Work with HR, Reward, Finance, Legal, Employee Relations and external providers to deliver seamless support.
• Contribute to process improvements and projects enhancing the employee experience.
