Suntory Holdings Limited in Belgium is seeking an FP&A Analyst for the Benelux region to shape financial insights and drive performance across the Belgian and Dutch markets. You’ll collaborate with the Head of Finance and multiple internal stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and lead planning cycles.

You will lead budgeting, monthly closings, and provide actionable recommendations to support commercial, marketing, and supply chain decisions while strengthening controls and processes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or related field.
• Experience in commercial finance, controlling, reporting, or audit.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort with fast-paced deadlines.
• Solid command of Excel, PowerPoint, BI tools, SAP FI CO.

Responsabilités

• Lead budgeting & forecasting: manage annual budget, long-term plan, and rolling forecasts within IBP.
• Coordinate monthly closing: consolidate and report P&L to HQ.
• Deliver financial insights and actionable recommendations across functions.
• Support business cases and projects with cross-functional collaboration.
• Pilot SG&A cost management across the organization.
• Strengthen processes and controls; conduct data integrity tests.
