Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Finance Business Partner Benelux, based in Brussels, to drive financial performance across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will partner with the Finance Director and business leaders, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, OPEX management, and performance management.

You will own monthly close, KPI reporting, and financial planning while delivering insights to support strategic decisions. Fluent English is required; Dutch and/or French desirable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of FP&A, Business Controlling, or similar finance partnering experience.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly close process within the TM1 financial planning system.
• Own and report key KPIs, including Demand Sales, Market Share and profitability metrics.
• Analyze actual results and key drivers of variances versus forecast, budget and prior year.
• Coordinate forecasting and annual budget cycles across the Benelux organization.
• Own topline financial modelling and revenue forecasting for the Rare Disease portfolio.
• Drive process improvements and harmonization of finance processes across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Partner with budget holders to understand spending trends, risks, and opportunities.
