Campari Benelux is seeking an FP&A Analyst based in Brussels to join the BeNeLux finance team. You will analyze financial performance, develop forecasts and budgets, and support strategic decisions across sales, marketing and operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in FP&A within FMCG/beverage, fluency in English, and French or Dutch. Strong Excel and SAP skills are expected, with a hands‑on, proactive approach in a cross‑functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance or economics.
• 3–5 years of FP&A experience, preferably in FMCG/beverage industries.
• Fluency in English; French or Dutch also essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategic BeNeLux budget and monthly forecasts.
• Lead month-end close and reporting processes.
• Manage price lists, discounts and rebates with accuracy.
• Provide cross-functional financial guidance to sales, marketing, and operations.
• Create KPI dashboards and value-added analyses.
• Improve data integrity and streamline reporting processes.
• Provide ad-hoc analyses to drive business decisions.
• Monitor A&P costs and forecast with Marketing and CCM teams.
• Analyze P&L accounts and resolve outstanding issues.
