Suntory Holdings Limited is seeking a Business Insights Manager to turn market, Seikatsusha and performance data into strategic insights for Benelux. You will build a governed data foundation, unlock retailer data, and connect local insights with regional and Group priorities to drive sharper, timely actions.

You’ll serve as a trusted insight partner to Commercial Excellence and senior leadership, shaping how data informs priorities and decisions across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical capability with ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience handling Nielsen/NIQ, syndicated market data, retailer or customer data.
• Ability to create clear, concise data stories for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in FMCG or data-rich commercial environments.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into actionable insights to guide commercial decisions across Benelux.
• Combine market, retailer, customer and performance data into a single view of business performance.
• Develop and govern the Benelux data ecosystem and data roadmap.
• Support processes like MBR, AOP and MTP with data-driven context.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders with compelling storytelling.
• Collaborate with Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, Finance, BI teams and external data partners.
