Job summary

Ipsen in Brussels is seeking a Finance Business Partner Benelux to drive financial performance across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will partner with the Finance Director and business leaders to deliver forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, and performance management.

You will own TM1-based close, report key KPIs, and provide actionable insights to support strategic decisions. The role emphasizes process improvement and cross-functional partnering in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

5-7 years FP&A or related finance partnering roles
Experience forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting processes
Proven cross-functional stakeholder collaboration in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Lead the monthly close process within TM1
Own and report KPIs including Demand Sales, Market Share, inventory movements and profitability
Analyze results and explain variances versus forecast, budget and prior year
Coordinate forecasting and annual budget cycles for Benelux
Own topline financial modelling and revenue forecasting for Rare Disease portfolio
Support long-range planning and scenario analysis
Own OPEX planning, reporting and forecasting across Benelux
Partner with budget holders to understand spending trends, risks and opportunities
Prepare presentations for business reviews, forecasts and budgets
Drive harmonization and standardization of finance processes across Belgium and the Netherlands
Support Travel & Expense compliance reviews
Ensure data quality across reporting activities
