Job summary

• Lead the monthly close process and TM1-based reporting.
• Coordinate forecasting and annual budgeting across Benelux.
• Own OPEX planning, reporting and forecasting for Benelux.
• Serve as finance partner to commercial, medical and functional teams.
• Drive process improvements and standardization of finance processes.
• Ensure compliance and high data quality in reporting.
