SAP is seeking a Demand Management Expert for the Benelux region (Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg). The role is based in Brussels with a hybrid work model, collaborating with Sales, Digital Hub, Partners and Marketing Operations to drive end-to-end demand creation and pipeline growth.

You will lead the Benelux Demand Management strategy, ensure alignment with EMEA and global guidance, and drive measurable impact through data-driven decisions and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Demand Generation or Demand Management within a technology/SaaS organization.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English; Dutch and French strongly preferred (Luxembourgish or German a plus).
• Solid understanding of EU GDPR and local privacy/marketing compliance across Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

• Develop and govern the Benelux Demand Management strategy across Digital, Field, and Partner motions.
• Structure and maintain demand plans and align with regional and global guidance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Digital Hub, Partners and Marketing Operations to improve funnel performance.
• Monitor funnel health and ensure alignment with EMEA standards and goals.
• Lead data-driven discussions and ensure clear KPIs and execution plans.
