ACTIVA Engineering is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Benelux region. You will develop and manage a portfolio of clients across Benelux, evolve distribution partnerships, and drive strategic sales initiatives in a growing, family-owned company.

Key duties include building and sustaining dealer networks, presenting machines at trade shows and on-site visits, and relaying customer needs to R&D to support product development. Willingness to travel and strong language skills are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in machinery sales, ideally in the food industry or professional equipment.
Strong understanding of international distribution networks and complex sales cycles.
Excellent commercial and interpersonal skills, able to adapt to a wide variety of stakeholders.

Responsabilités

Develop, manage, and support a network of dealers, distributors, and partners in your assigned area.
Act as the interface between the factory, our dealers, and the end-users (bakers, supermarkets, food manufacturers...).
Monitor customer payments and coordinate with the administrative team to ensure timely collection; coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth project execution.
