Thornton Tomasetti seeks a Business Excellence Manager for the Abbott Diabetes Care Benelux organization. You will lead BE operations and Sales Planning across Benelux, translating performance data into strategic actions and integrated plans.

You will partner with Country Affiliate Management to drive continuous improvement, ROI analysis, and regional standardization, leveraging BI, forecasting, and pricing analysis to strengthen commercial performance.

Formación

• Master’s degree in business/finance/strategic supply chain or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in MedTech, pharma, or similar industries.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including statistical forecasting and translating data into insights.
• Experience with key business intelligence principles and financial analysis.
• Excellent systems skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Business Excellence operations and Sales Planning across Benelux.
• Drive data gathering, forecasting, monitoring, and performance reviews.
• Translate market trends into actionable models and plans.
• Identify opportunities and risks; support decision-making with ROI-focused analyses.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and cross-functional partners to develop action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including product launches and new business models.
• Share best practices across Benelux, EMEAP, and other regions.
