Job summary

BD is seeking a Business Development Manager Beyond Hospital Care Benelux to accelerate growth across Home Care and Community Care in Belgium and the Netherlands. You will develop strategic partnerships with home care organizations, integrated care networks, and healthcare providers to deliver high-quality care closer to patients’ homes.

You will drive opportunities across Home Care, Long-Term Care, and Hospital-at-Home, building a robust pipeline and leading cross-functional teams to execute

Qualifications

• Senior experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, or Business Development.
• Proven track record in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services.
• Strong commercial mindset with negotiation and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a sophisticated, cross-functional environment.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for key Home Care customers across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities within Home Care, Long-Term Care, and Community Care, and Hospital-at-Home settings.
• Build positive relationships with executive, clinical, procurement, and operational stakeholders.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and tender opportunities.
• Drive adoption of BD solutions through value-based and solution-selling approaches.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Pricing, and Business Unit teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and forecast through Salesforce and the BD Way of Selling.
• Healthcare tenders, procurement processes and contract negotiation
• Supervise healthcare market developments, competitive activity, and policy changes to identify growth opportunities.
