- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

- Lead Business Excellence operations and Sales Planning across the Benelux.
- Drive BI processes including data gathering, forecasting and reviews.
- Translate commercial developments into actionable models and plans.
- Develop commercial models for Latest Best Estimate and IBP cycles.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers to review performance and translate insights into actions.
- Lead business case creation and ROI tracking for initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and cross-regional best practice sharing.
