Abbott is seeking an EHS Coordinator Benelux to lead Environmental, Health & Safety programs across Belgium and the Netherlands. You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive continuous improvement, and support field and office teams within Diabetes Care entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Certification as Prevention Advisor or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety.
• Experience in a multi-site or regional environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English.

Responsabilités

• Ensure EHS compliance with legislation and Abbott standards across Belgium and the Netherlands.
• Coordinate and implement EHS programs across multiple Diabetes Care entities.
• Lead occupational health, ergonomics, and emergency preparedness initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to commercial and field activities.
• Support teams on safety topics including radiation, biohazards, and PPE.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage EHS reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking.
• Act as main EHS contact, aligning with leadership and external stakeholders.
