Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in sales and marketing within healthcare / medtech / life sciences
• Strong knowledge of the Benelux healthcare landscape
• Experience within wound care / skin care is a strong plus
• Knowledge of market access and regulatory environments is an advantage
• Proven track record in building and leading high‑performing teams
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy across the Benelux
• Develop sales and marketing strategies to drive growth
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes
• Ensure strong alignment between sales execution and brand strategy
• Coach and mentor teams to build capability
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners across marketing, medical, HR and finance
• Translate insights into actionable strategies and identify growth opportunities
