Job summary

BYD Europe is seeking a PR Manager BeLux to build and protect the reputation of BYD and DENZA in Belgium and Luxembourg. You will be the main media contact for Dutch- and French-speaking press, shaping the local PR roadmap in close cooperation with the BYD Europe PR team and our local Marketing and Sales teams.

The role requires 5+ years in PR, fluency in Dutch and French, and professional English, with strong storytelling, relationship-building and budget management skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PR and communications in automotive or premium sector.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in communication, PR, journalism, marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the PR roadmap for BeLux, aligned with European guidelines and priorities.
• Act as primary media contact for Dutch- and French-speaking press across multiple sectors.
• Create press releases, kits and local brand stories; maintain local press section.
• Plan and run press conferences, product launches and PR events with sales and events teams.
• Build relationships with journalists, influencers and stakeholders.
• Manage PR agency and budget; monitor coverage and sentiment; report results.
