Job summary

High Flyers in Brussels seeks a Country Manager BeLux – E-Mobility Leader to lead the BeLux market launch with P&L ownership. The role focuses on B2B SaaS fleet management sales, partnerships with CPOs, and ecosystem alignment to local needs.

Fluent Dutch and English are mandatory; French is a plus. This hybrid home-office role drives revenue, builds a BeLux strategy with HQ, and positions the company strongly in Belgium, Luxembourg, and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in E-Mobility / EV charging sector.
• Strong B2B Fleet / Leasing background; SaaS experience preferred.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on launch willingness.
• Fluent Dutch and English; French a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead BeLux market launch and P&L ownership.
• Sell B2B SaaS fleet management to leasing firms and large accounts.
• Build partnerships with CPOs and charging networks.
• Provide market intelligence to adapt product roadmap.
