Job summary

Filoform is seeking an Account Manager for Belgium to drive profitable sales growth and develop long-term customer relationships from a home-based office in Belgium. You will interact with customers, distribution partners and internal teams to deliver tailored Filoform solutions that meet project requirements.

The role emphasizes proactive business development, consultative selling, and regular travel within Belgium and the wider Benelux region.

Qualifications

Proven B2B sales experience in infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial products.
Strong customer-facing and consultative selling skills.
Fluent communication in Dutch, English and French.

Responsibilities

Deliver annual sales, margin and growth targets in Belgium.
Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers as a trusted partner.
Develop account plans for key customers and long-term value creation.
Manage full sales cycle from contact to order and onboarding.
Provide product guidance and coordinate with internal teams.
