Job summary

Filoform is seeking an Account Manager to lead profitable sales growth in Belgium. Based remotely in Belgium, you will travel across the country and Benelux to build long-term customer partnerships, deliver value-based technical and commercial solutions, and drive pipeline with distributors and direct customers.

You will develop account plans, conduct product demonstrations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer experience and sustained business growth in the Belgian

Qualifications

• HBO working and thinking level or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong commercial drive with a customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in Dutch, English and French.
• Full driving licence (Category B) and willingness to travel within Belgium and Benelux.
• Demonstrable experience in B2B sales and managing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver annual sales, margin and growth targets across Belgium.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities through prospecting and pipeline development.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers and partners.
• Develop and execute account plans for key customers and growth opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and technical presentations.
