Job summary

Qualifications

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or has equivalent experience.
• Possesses Febelfin certifications or meets the legal requirements for a commercial position in the banking sector.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and answering questions about everyday banking.
• Processing banking transactions and administrative files correctly and accurately.
• Assisting customers with payment transactions, digital applications, and everyday banking matters.
• Identifying sales opportunities and referring customers to specialized colleagues.
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Helping to ensure high-quality service and smooth branch operations.
• Working closely with colleagues across various banking departments.
• Handling the administrative follow-up of customer files.
