Sennheiser Brussels is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to service the BeNeFra region, focusing on delivering exceptional customer care for B2B customers including music stores, integrators and dealers. You will handle order entry, pricing information, backorders, and collaborate with Supply Chain, AR, Marketing, Service, Warehouse and Tech Support to ensure smooth processes.

Fluent in French, Dutch and English, you bring strong communication and problem-solving skills to the team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service/order handling in a technical sales environment.
• Excellent communication in French, Dutch and English.
• Willing to work fulltime from the Brussels office.
• Experience with MS Office and CRM systems; quick learner of company tools.
• Customer-service oriented with diplomacy and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Order entry and applying discounts after approvals.
• Provide pricing information and backorder estimates.
• Interface with Supply Chain, AR, Marketing, Service, and Warehouse.
• Attend product trainings and maintain customer files.
