Headit is seeking an English- and French-speaking Sales Support Administrator to support the Middle East & Africa regions. The role is based in Belgium and involves coordinating the order-to-cash process, informing customers about import regulations, and collaborating with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure accurate order processing.

You will organize export shipments, manage transport and customs documentation, and monitor inventory to maintain stock availability.

Qualifications

• English and French language skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in your regions
• Inform customers about import regulations and legislation, including shipping terms, transportation methods, payment terms, customs-related documentation, etc.
• Coordinate the entire order-to-cash process
• Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure that all orders are processed correctly
• Organize export shipments: book and coordinate shipments, manage transport and customs documentation, invoicing and delivery follow-up
• Monitor order parameters and inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability
• Optimize shipments by configuring optimal loading plans
