Zusammenfassung

Alstom in Belgium is seeking a Project ATC Leader to deliver the ATC sub-system, coordinating trackside and trainborne components. You will interface with the customer, define ATC functional and architecture specifications, and ensure design consistency with project QCD commitments.

The role requires hands-on experience in ATC systems, signaling, and real-time software, plus strong leadership to drive cross-functional engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• Graduated in Software, Electrical, Electronic, Automation or Telecommunication Engineering.
• Railways domain or embedded system specialization.
• Experience in ATC systems (trackside and/or trainborne).
• Signaling experience (System/Interlocking/ATS) and real-time systems.
• Strong English communication and cross-functional coordination.

Aufgaben

• Direct technical interface with the customer for ATC engineering.
• Provide ATC functional and architecture specifications and detailed design.
• Ensure design consistency and support verification and validation activities.
• Coordinate risk and savings reviews, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Lead transversal engineering teams to meet QCD commitments.
