Job summary

Alstom Belgium seeks a Component Manager to lead and deliver a defined scope within a complex project, ensuring QCDP targets and customer needs are met. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement and interfaces to keep milestones on track and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities include cascading requirements, planning end-to-end activities, and providing transparent KPI reporting. IPMA D or equivalent and 2 years of component management experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• IPMA level D or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a component manager.
• Experience in multinational environments and diverse cultures.
• Knowledge of ALSTOM processes and component management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to successful project execution for the component scope.
• Coordinate component activities with stakeholders and ensure QCDP targets.
• Manage risks, changes, and KPI reporting with transparency.
• Represent Alstom to customers and external stakeholders when needed.
