Job summary

Entry Point North Brussels is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver training and services at an operational level, develop new modules, and keep courses up to date with current rules, regulations and best practices. The role requires an ATCO license (2015/340) with at least one rating and at least 3 years of ATC experience, fluent English, and strong MS Office knowledge.

Occasional travel to client locations may be required.

Qualifications

• ATCO license with rating and ATC experience in a relevant environment.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills required.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations when needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training and services at an operational level as Teacher, Course supervisor or Instructor.
• Develop new modules and courses; keep existing modules up to date with regulations.
• Participate in internal projects and consultancy services.
• Identify and implement process improvements for training activities.
• Support development of new modules and services; cooperate with other departments.
• Stay up to date with advances in ATM and aviation training; travel as required.
