Alstom in Charleroi, Belgium seeks a Team Lead for Onboard Railway Signalling to oversee installation engineering for urban and mainline projects. You will lead installation teams, define deliverables and schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and ensure timely documentation and reviews. Fluency in English and 10% travel are required.

Qualificações

• Engineering degree or significant experience in a related technical field.
• Knowledge of railway products, systems, or services.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical CAD tools.
• Project management skills with a focus on Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
• Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Collaborative mindset with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in English for daily communication with international teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the installation engineering teams assigned to your projects.
• Define deliverables, resources, priorities, and schedules.
• Manage the review and validation of technical documents and drawings.
• Monitor progress against Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives and implement risk mitigation actions.
• Manage technical interfaces with internal teams, suppliers, partners, and customers, including conducting site surveys when required.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, lessons learned, and updates to engineering reference libraries.
