Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking an Assistant Boutique Manager for the Louise Boutique in Brussels. You support the Boutique Manager, lead a team, and deliver exceptional Nespresso experiences while driving commercial results and operational excellence.

Key duties include collaboration with leadership, coaching, scheduling, compliance with safety standards, and upholding visual merchandising and brand standards; fluent French and English are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with strong customer service focus.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in team development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent service orientation and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Boutique Manager to create memorable customer experiences.
• Lead and coach the team to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety and employment laws and Nestlé policies.
• Facilitate training, scheduling and workforce planning to optimize operations.
