The Swatch Group boutique in Brussels is seeking a Boutique Team Leader to guide the team, uphold brand standards, and drive daily operations. You will communicate objectives, supervise staff, and ensure flawless presentation of timepieces.

You will exceed sales targets through personalized service, develop clienteling programs, manage CRM data, and oversee stock, VM, and administrative tasks. This role offers a full-time permanent contract and benefits within an international group.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Boutique team and clearly communicate objectives and expectations.
• Coach team members through regular meetings and feedback.
• Oversee staff appearance and conduct to ensure policy compliance.
• Exceed boutique targets while aligning with the brand strategy.
• Design clienteling programs to attract high-potential customers.
• Manage CRM client data and oversee clienteling activities.
• Ensure VM guidelines and boutique cleanliness are maintained.
• Prepare monthly duty rosters and monitor attendance.
• Coordinate stock takes and inventory reconciliations.
• Consolidate sales and operational reports with KPIs.
