Netcompany Belgium is seeking an Application Support Agent - Trainer to deliver training on information systems to stakeholders. You will log and resolve user requests, provide technical support, and communicate with end-users.

You will participate in meetings with the development team, improve documentation, and write user manuals. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/IT with 1 year in user support is required; English proficiency essential; international environment.

As An Application Support Agent - Trainer, You Will

• Prepare and deliver training courses on information systems to different stakeholders
• Receive and log requests/ incidents & questions from users, provide technical support, investigate problems, and determine appropriate actions
• Ensure and perform all communication with the end-users
• Participate to meetings with the development team
• Provide services to all stakeholders according to ITIL best practices and handle and document all requests
• Improve documentation and create FAQs based on received calls
• Write user manuals for information systems as well as web documentation.

Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in user support
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Proven knowledge in end user assistance and support of information systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand quickly process
• Ability to be solution oriented as well proactive and reactive to any problem
• High communication skills and ensuring of customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in an international/multicultural environment
• Strong team player with excellent relationship skills
