Netcompany Belgium is seeking a Junior Application Support Agent - Trainer to join our European team. You will prepare and deliver training on information systems, log and resolve user incidents, and communicate clearly with end-users across projects.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT/CS and at least 1 year in user support are required, with strong English and teamwork skills. This role is based in Belgium and offers a modern environment and ongoing learning opportunities.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in user support.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and deliver training courses on information systems to different stakeholders
• Receive and log requests/incidents from users, provide technical support, investigate problems, and determine actions
• Ensure clear communication with end-users
• Participate in meetings with the development team
• Create documentation and FAQs based on received calls
• Write user manuals and web documentation

As anApplication Support Agent - Trainer,you will:

• Prepare and deliver training courses on information systems to different stakeholders
• Receive and log requests/ incidents & questions from users, provide technical support, investigate problems, and determine appropriate actions
• Ensure and perform all communication with the end-users
• Participate to meetings with the development team
• Provide services to all stakeholders according to ITIL best practices and handleand documentall requests
• Improvedocumentation and createFAQs based on received calls
• Writeuser manuals for information systems as well as web documentation.

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a minimum of 1yearof professional experience in user support
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Proven knowledge in end user assistance and support of information systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand quickly process
• Ability to be solution oriented as well proactive and reactive to any problem
• High communication skills and ensuring o customer satisfaction
• Ability to work in an international/multicultural environment
• Strong team player with excellent relationship skills
